Shawn is running with his wolf pack during a full moon when his wolf feels the presence of his mate. But where is he?

Ren doesn’t want a dog for a mate. He wants a mate that can fly, preferably another male raven.

Shawn watches his mate fly away and waits for his return all night. But he’d been rejected.

Ren can’t shift into his raven anymore and realizes he needs his wolf mate so he can fly again. But now it’s his turn to be rejected.

The Review

Shawn, while running with his pack, perceives the presence of his mate and proceeds to diligently search for him, until he discovers him in flight. Ren also notices his fated mate, but turns and leaves, not wanting to have a mate who is unable to fly.

Shawn finds that his wolf is silent, and he is unable to shift after his mate departs. Ren, who also can’t shift or communicate with his raven, looks for assistance. He discovers a cottage where he meets Alan, Shawn’s brother and the pack’s Alpha.

Ren goes to Shawn’s office with flowers, but he faces rejection – the same way he had previously rejected Shawn. The two fated mates who can’t shift and can’t communicate with their other half need hel,p and Alan has just the thing in mind. It will take a drastic step for them to realize that they need each other.

This was a sweet story, where fate seemed to have to make a huge mistake.
