This is the first book I've read of this author, and what can I say, I really loved it. So much , that I bought the other four books of this series immediately after I finished this book. It has action, some suspension, romance and great characters!

OMG I couldn't put this down, I broke my record for nonstop reading..lol.. This book had me from the first page or rather Jude did. An awesome story of Jude and Cade coming together.. It starts for Jude having enough and the last straw with his controlling boyfriend, Thomas and telling him to leave for good, but Thomas left with a threat that Jude was his alone..
Cade Thorton aka as Hercules.. is the head of his company Hercules Security which he'd formed with his Marines friends and employees. With a bung leg he didn't take assignments preferring them to be taken by his team mates. But when a force of nature meets him in his office, Kate Morgan contracts HIM to protect her grandson.
When Cade and Jude meet is doesn't go well and results with Cade quitting the job.. What follows is a nail biting story which I loved, I'll be definitely be getting the other books in this series. (purchased at Amazon.Au)


About the Author

Ari McKay is the professional pseudonym for Arionrhod and McKay, who have been writing together for over a decade. Their collaborations encompass a wide variety of romance genres, including contemporary, fantasy, science fiction, gothic, and action/adventure. Their work includes the Blood Bathory series of paranormal novels, the Herc’s Mercs series, as well as two historical Westerns: Heart of Stone and Finding Forgiveness. When not writing, they can often be found scheming over costume designs or binge watching TV shows together.

Arionrhod is a systems engineer by day who is eagerly looking forward to (hopefully) becoming a full time writer in the not-too-distant future.
