Our Favorite Reads for the Week of April 2nd – 8th ~ Boy Meets Boy Reviews

Review: Soothsayer by Cari Z. Cillian Kelly can look into people’s eyes and see their fates. He’s running from a past filled with mistakes, lying low and selling his services on the sly. When he learns that Sören Egilsson, a man who sacrificed himself so Cillian could escape imprisonment two years ago, is somehow still alive, Cillian has to find out how. What he gets is the body of the man he loves possessed by an ancient spirit who draws Cillian into a battle to the death for the right to control Sören’s fate, and the power that comes with it. How can readers help authors succeed?

book heart - Nicki Harper

I’ve got three suggestions for you, and only one of them costs any money. Buy the book if you can afford it. Borrow it if you can’t. Did you to know that where and when you buy books is really important? Authors usually are paid a percentage of net sales, so the more the publisher gets, the more goes to the author. In general, publishers make the most from sales through their own website. Also, most publishers offer a discount or other incentives to pre-order the book, so you can save money. Clearly, that’s often the best way to buy the book. But there are other factors to consider. For … Read more

1000

And on Friday our developer will be upgrading the site to version four, which will set the stage for getting our long awaited search and page filtering. We’re also addressing the site slowness – it’s a new system and we’ve loaded a lot into it. Our ISP and developer are working to make the site run more efficiently and quickly. Once we launch V4, we’ll start doing more reader outreach. … Read more

Launching Queeromance Ink.

Welcome to the new Queeromance Ink site. We’re building a place where romance writers across the LGBTIQA spectrum can share their works, and where readers can find new books to read using all kinds of fields and information that can be difficult to find on other sites. Our site is author, publisher, and affiliate sales supported. We do not sell books directly on queeromanceink.com, but instead, point you to all the places online where you can find them, so you can choose your preferred retailer. The owners of this site are closely involved with the queer romance community. Scott is a romance and sci fi-fantasy writer, and Mark is an … Read more
